Diana Agronov

As a Senior Product Designer, I focus on building scalable design systems and intuitive mobile experiences that help complex products grow with clarity and consistency. Over the past six years, I’ve worked across SaaS, healthcare, and accessibility, turning intricate technical challenges into seamless software people actually enjoy using.

Right now at Level Access, I’m leading our design system strategy and shaping how teams and AI tools build accessible products at scale. Previously at Wix, I spent over four years scaling mobile design systems and leading the mobile experience for Wixel, an AI-powered design platform.

I care about design that not only looks good but actually make people’s lives a bit easier.
